Winner is a typical commercial entertainer which has some good moments throughout the first half. A very good plot is diluted after half time by some below average execution. It will be very interesting to see how this film performs during this crunch exam season.

Sai Dharam Tej performs well as a hero, as an actor however, not as much. Jagapathi Babu on the other hand, makes his presence felt both with his composed and class act as well as his stylish attitude.

Sai Dharam looks more stylish than he did in the past. He continues with his energetic acting as usual. His comedy timing is also superb. Rakul Preeth Singh not only looks beautiful but also acts well. Her role in the film receives a lot of importance. Jagapathi Babu is excellent as the bad guy.
